Job summary

CIMC WETRANS SDN BHD in Bestari Jaya, Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage and dispatch of goods. You will ensure accurate inventory control and perform regular stock checks to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in logistics, supply chain or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Ensure accurate inventory control and conduct regular stock checks / cycle counts
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams for smooth operations
• Prepare and maintain proper documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments
• Ensure all goods are stored properly and handled with care to prevent damage or loss
• Monitor warehouse staff performance and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies and regulations
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory or shipments
• Support implementation of warehouse systems and process improvements
