Job summary

Randstad – Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Warehouse and Distribution Executive to support Malaysia warehouse and distribution activities and oversee inventory processes. The role requires coordination with warehouse/distributors and handling DD shipments in compliance with policies.

The candidate should have a degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with strong numerical and analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration, or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse/shipping/freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of warehousing methods, inventory control, and automated systems.
• Meticulous, organized, detail oriented with strong numerical/analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Warehouse/ distributor on all incoming shipments and update systems.
• Reconcile inventory movement and perform periodic stock checks.
• Participate in monthly KPI reviews with Warehouse, Distributor, and Freight Forwarders/Customs Brokers.
• Ensure billing accuracy with freight forwarders and weekly/monthly statements.
• Comply with quality, regulatory, and EH&S policies for DD shipments.
