Job summary

Alfa Laval Corporate AB in Malaysia seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to coordinate warehouse and shipment activities, ensure accurate goods handling, and support smooth communication across internal teams.

You will operate forklifts, drive continuous improvement, and work with Project Managers, Order Handlers, Workshop, and Shipping teams to maintain safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification with experience in warehouse, logistics, or similar.
• Experienced and certified forklift operator.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills with focus on accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse and shipment activities, ensuring accurate handling.
• Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders across internal teams.
• Register and report deviations in goods receiving, support QC investigations.
• Carry out warehouse and production activities in line with standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Operate forklifts and ensure safe handling, movement, and storage of materials and goods.

About The Job

We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to be responsible for coordinating warehouse and shipment activities, ensuring accurate goods handling and system transactions, and supporting smooth communication across internal stakeholders.

Job Description

• Place Coordinate shipment and goods receiving activities, ensuring accurate handling.
• Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders, including Project Managers, Order Handlers, Workshop, and Shipping teams.
• Register and report any deviations in goods receiving to the relevant Claim Coordinator, and support the QC team with claim investigations.
• Carry out warehouse and production activities in accordance with ALPS standards, while actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Operate forklifts and ensure the safe handling, movement, and storage of materials and goods.

What You Know

• At least a Diploma or equivalent qualification, with relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, or a similar environment.
• Experienced and certified forklift operator.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good coordination, communication, and organisational skills, with a strong focus on accuracy and safety.
