Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification with relevant experience in warehouse/logistics or similar environment.
• Forklift operator certification and experience.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills, with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment and goods receiving activities, ensuring accurate handling.
• Communicate with Project Managers, Order Handlers, Workshop, and Shipping teams.
• Register and report deviations in goods receiving to the Claim Coordinator; support QC investigations.
• Carry out warehouse and production activities per ALPS standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Operate forklifts and ensure safe handling, movement, and storage of materials and goods.
