Job summary

ResMed is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support receiving, storage, and distribution of materials in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will ensure accurate inventory, quality compliance and safe warehouse practices while supporting ongoing logistics activities.

The role requires at least 2 years in warehouse or logistics, a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field, and familiarity with WMS/ERP/SAP systems.

Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to support our warehouse and distribution operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of materials and finished goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations: Coordinate the receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials, components, and finished goods. Ensure products are handled, stored, and transported in accordance with company procedures and quality requirements. Perform picking, packing, and dispatch activities to support customer orders and production requirements. Support work order picking, material replenishment, inventory transfers, and stock movements within the warehouse.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular cycle counts and stock audits. Investigate inventory discrepancies and work with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions. Monitor inventory levels and escalate potential shortages or excess stock situations. Ensure materials are traceable and managed in accordance with inventory control procedures.
• Quality, Compliance & Safety: Adhere to ResMed's Quality Management System, Health, Safety, and Environmental policies. Ensure warehouse activities comply with established procedures and regulatory requirements. Support internal and external audits, inventory reviews, and compliance initiatives. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Logistics & Distribution Support: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery of materials and products. Support transportation and logistics activities, including shipment documentation and carrier coordination. Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth warehouse and distribution operations. Assist in resolving delivery, shipping, and inventory-related issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and operational processes. Participate in process improvement projects and operational excellence initiatives. Share knowledge and provide support to team members when required.

What You'll Bring

1. Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or inventory management operations. Experience working in a manufacturing, medical device, electronics, or related industry is an advantage. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or SAP is highly desirable.
3. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling processes. Ability to identify and resolve operational issues using sound judgement and initiative. Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
4. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation. Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and best practices. Exposure to Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence initiatives. Experience supporting regulated industries such as medical devices, healthcare, electronics, or manufacturing.
