Job summary

Socma Trading (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a meticulous Warehouse Administration Clerk to support daily warehouse operations, handle documentation, data entry, and order processing.

You will assist with online customer service inquiries when required and maintain warehouse records. Fresh graduates are welcomed as training will be provided; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is required, with Mandarin or English as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Must communicate in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin or English knowledge is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, patient, and well-organised.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Previous experience in administration, warehouse operations, or related role preferred.
