Responsibilities

We are seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join the team at FUTURE FOOD SDN. BHD. in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in the smooth operation of our warehousing and distribution facility. As a Warehouse Clerk, you will be responsible for managing inventory records, processing documentation, and ensuring that our warehouse operations run efficiently. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be essential to maintaining accurate stock levels and supporting the broader logistics operations of our company.

Key responsibilities

• Recording and updating inventory information in the warehouse management system
• Processing goods receipts, shipments, and returns with accurate documentation
• Performing regular stock takes and reconciling discrepancies
• Preparing and maintaining warehouse records, including invoices, delivery notes, and picking lists
• Assisting with the organisation and labelling of goods within the warehouse
• Coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
• Monitoring and reporting on stock levels to management
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and warehouse procedures
• Supporting the warehouse team with administrative tasks and data entry
• Liaising with transport and logistics personnel regarding shipments and deliveries

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Clerk or in a similar administrative role within a warehouse or logistics environment
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Excellent numerical and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
• Physical capability to perform warehouse duties, including standing for extended periods and handling materials
• Familiarity with inventory management and stock control procedures
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in logistics or warehouse management are advantageous
