Job summary

XTS Technologies Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Solution Manager (Warehouse Automation) to lead end-to-end automation projects from requirements to handover. This on-site role based in Selangor combines technical design with client-facing presales support.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering and project teams, translate customer needs into scalable solutions such as conveyors, AS/RS and robotics, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Analyze warehouse operations to identify optimization opportunities.
• Consult with clients to understand requirements and propose automation approaches.
• Coordinate solution development, timelines, and handover to implementation teams.
• Prepare proposals and support presales engagements and tenders.
• Familiarity with conveyors, AS/RS, robotics, and WMS/WCS integration.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CAD or layout tools is an advantage.
