Matsuda Sangyo (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, located in Shah Alam, is seeking a Production Assistant to support daily manufacturing activities. The role involves receiving, unloading, order processing, inventory logging, and maintaining 5S standards on the shop floor.

The successful candidate will assist production within the assigned scope and follow directions from supervisors to ensure timely and accurate processing of goods.

Responsabilités

• Receiving and unloading: Unload incoming delivery goods, inspect goods for damage, and verify counts against delivery schedules and invoices.
• Order Processing: Pick items from storage locations, pack orders securely, and apply correct labels for shipping.
• Inventory Management: log stock movements, update data in computer systems, and help conduct physical inventory counts.
• Stock Organization: Sort, store, and stack bulk items or products in optimal shelf locations.
• Loading and Dispatch: Move outgoing merchandise to loading zones and secure items in delivery vehicles.
• Safety and Cleanliness (5S): Keep aisles clear of debris, follow workplace safety protocols, and wear required safety gear.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Main role, in order to assist Production within the assigned scope.
• Able and adhere to follow Superior instruction from time to time.

Loading and Dispatch: Move outgoing merchandise to loading zones and secure items in delivery vehicles.

Safety and Cleanliness (5S): Keep aisles clear of debris, follow workplace safety protocols, and wear required safety gear. In some facilities, operate equipment like forklift/ reach truck or pallet jacks.

Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.

Main role, in order to assist Production within the assigned scope.

Able and adhere to follow Superior instruction from time to time.
