Job summary

Two95 International Inc. in Malaysia seeks a warehouse operative to measure, plan and support daily picking, packing and stock checks. You will supervise picking, coordinate with the FO and IS teams, and ensure outbound documents flow smoothly.

Working hours 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with Saturday 8:00am–1:00pm on alternate weeks. This full-time role includes a transport and attendance allowance of RM175 per month.

Qualifications

• Secondary school or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Full-time position.
• Working hours: 8:00am–5:00pm (Mon–Fri), Sat 8:00am–1:00pm (alternate).
• Transport + Attendance Allowance: RM175/month.

Responsibilities

• Measuring and planning to maximize efficiency and ensure operational success.
• Managing the daily work plan.
• Manage and organize daily picking and packing requirements.
• Supervise picking and perform as checker on all stock loaded for delivery.
• Liaise with FO, IS team to monitor and distribute documents to outbound team.
• Monitor accuracy during unloading and inspect inbound goods and returns.
• Addressing, solving internal and external issues, stock enquiries, storage arrangements.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior.

• Managing the daily work plan;
• Manage and organize daily picking and packing requirements;
• Supervise picking and perform as checker on all stock loaded for delivery;
• Liaise with FO, IS team in a daily basis to monitor and distributing out all related documents to outbound team for further processing;
• Monitor accuracy during unloading, follow up by inspection of all inbound goods and returned or rejected items;
• Addressing, solving internal as well as external issues. Stock enquiries, storage arrangements for etc.;

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at Secondary School/ SPM or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicant must be independent, fast learner and hardworking.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Working Hour 8:00am to 5:00pm (Monday to Friday), Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm (alternate)
• Transport + Attendance Allowance = RM175/mth
