Job summary

Tiong Nam Logistics Solutions Sdn Bhd is recruiting a warehouse operator in Johor Bahru to handle receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch operations with safety front and center.

You will operate warehouse equipment, conduct stock checks, maintain accurate records, and keep the workspace clean and organized while supporting returns and inventory reconciliation. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Able to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, check, and store incoming goods.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for delivery.
• Perform loading and unloading of goods safely.
• Check quantities, product codes, and conditions of goods received or dispatched.
• Arrange and organize inventory in designated storage areas.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Update stock records and warehouse documentation.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Assist with returns, damaged goods, and stock discrepancies.

• Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
