Job summary

Tiong Nam Logistics Solutions Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse coordinator responsible for maintaining accurate inventory reports, tracking stock movements and shipment records, and liaising with transportation teams to coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries.

The ideal candidate will hold a diploma or higher, have at least 1 year of warehouse management experience, and be proficient with warehouse software and MS Office, with good command of English, Bahasa

Job description

Maintain accurate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and records of shipments, and inventory counts.

Liaise with various departments such as transportation teams/companies to coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.

Communicate with superiors to address any warehouse-related issues or improvements.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements:

Possess at least Diploma and above.

At least 1 year of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
