Job summary

Tiong Nam Logistics Holdings Berhad is seeking a Payroll Officer to process monthly payroll accurately, handle allowances, overtime, bonuses and deductions, and ensure compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements. You will prepare reports, maintain employee data, and resolve payroll inquiries with precision.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Finance for postings and reconciliations, managing payroll for hires and exits, and supporting annual EA forms, tax reporting and audits.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
• 1-3 years payroll processing experience (fresh graduates may be considered for Officer level).
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and statutory contributions.
• Experience using payroll systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

• Ensure payroll processes comply with company policies and employment legislation.
• Participate in payroll system improvements and process enhancements.
