Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in Shah Alam, Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support day‑to‑day operations in the returns area and general warehousing. You will ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch, while maintaining quality and compliance with SOPs and GMP/GDP standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of warehousing experience, good organizational skills, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Min SPM qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience and knowledge of warehousing operation.

Responsibilities

• Pick, check and confirm all pickslips timely according to SOPs and WIs.
• Pack and dispatch all confirmed invoices timely according to SOPs and WIs.
• Escalate discrepancies discovered during picking or checking to superiors for timely resolution.
• Work as part of the team to achieve warehouse KPIs.
• Operate cold chain picking and packing in the cold room per Cold Chain SOP & WI.
• Conduct monthly location audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Collate PODs to scan into ECMS for digital retention of Proofs Of Deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse, cold room and freezers for a safe workspace.
• Execute other warehouse tasks as assigned to ensure efficiency and KPI achievement.

Purpose Of The Role

The incumbent will be assisting the Leaders in the day to day operation task and to specifically ensure the smooth and efficient running of Return section, encompassing the company quality policies, relevant ISO, GMP, GDP, GCP, GDPMD, clients’ and customers’ requirements, and regulatory requirements in Zuellig Pharma Malaysia.

What You’ll Do

• Pick , check and confirm all pickslips timely and in accordance to SOPs and WIs to ensure quality service .
• Pack and dispatch all confirmed invoices timely and in accordance to SOPs and WIs to ensure quality service .
• Escalate any discrepancies discovered during picking or checking to superiors for advice to ensure discrepancies are resolved appropriately and timely .
• Work together as a team to ensure warehouse team’s KPIs are achieved consistently .
• Operate cold chain picking and packing activities in the cold room to ensure compliance to Cold Chain Management SOP & WI . ( Cold Chain Team on duty ) for quality control .
• Conduct monthly location audit to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Collate all PODs to scan into ECMS for digital retention of Proofs Of Deliveries to ensure all PODs are retained for safe retrieval when needed .
• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse including the cold room and freezers to ensure clean and safe working space .
• Execute other warehouse tasks as assigned by superiors when required to ensure efficient operation in the warehouse and achievement of team’s KPIs .

What Will Make You Successful

• Min SPM qualification
• 1-3 years of experience and knowledge of warehousing operation
