Job summary

Notebook Plaza Sdn Bhd, an ICT company in Kuala Lumpur, is hiring a Warehouse Assistant to manage warehouse operations including stock receiving, outgoing and organizing stock by brand/model. You will also wrap stock and repack demo units while ensuring accuracy through regular stock checks.

Applicants should have at least SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree, be proactive, organized, and able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and stock control.
• Good communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin.
• At least SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Willing to work at Plaza Low Yat, Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations: stock receiving, outgoing and arrange stock by brand/model.
• Wrap stock and prepare/repack demo units.
• Conduct stock checks and ensure stock accuracy.
• Implement division policy and comply with SOPs.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job description

Responsible for warehouse management, stock receiving, outgoing and arrange stock according to brand/model.

Responsible for stock wrapping, prepare/repacking of demo units.

Conduct stock check and ensure stock accuracy.

Execute division policy and ensure full adoption and comply with workflow or standard operation procedures.

To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Requirements:

Can communicate with English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/ Diploma/Degree in any field.
