Job summary

CABBEEN FASHION (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to receive, check and arrange clothing stocks, then sort, label and store by style, size, colour and SKU. You will pick, prepare and pack goods according to customer and sales orders to support smooth order fulfilment.

Responsibilities include stock processing, stock takes, and maintaining accurate stock records, while keeping the warehouse clean and organized. Basic computer skills and a team spirit are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Prev. warehouse/retail/apparel experience is an advantage.
• Able to perform physical work including lifting and moving stocks.
• Good attention to detail on quantity, size, colour and SKU.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Process retail orders and prepare stocks for delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of stock receiving, issuing and transfers.
• Report damaged or incorrect sizes/quantities to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse.

Job description

Warehouse Assistant responsible for receiving, checking and arranging incoming clothing stocks, sorting, labelling and storing clothing according to style, size, colour and SKU, picking, preparing and packing goods according to customer and sales orders, and maintaining warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

Receive, check and arrange incoming clothing stocks

Sort, label and store clothing according to style, size, colour and SKU

Pick, prepare and pack goods according to customer and sales orders

Process retail orders

Prepare stocks for delivery, store replenishment and inter-branch stock transfers

Assist with loading, unloading and moving of stocks

Conduct daily stock checking and assist with regular stock take

Maintain accurate records of stock receiving, issuing, transfers and movements

Check for damaged, defective, incorrect sizes or quantity discrepancies and report to the supervisor

Maintain a clean, organised and properly arranged warehouse

About you

Minimum SPM or equivalent

Previous warehouse, retail or apparel experience will be an advantage

Able to perform physical work involving handling, arranging and packing of stocks

Good attention to detail, especially when checking quantity, size, colour and SKU

Basic computer skills are required

Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Willing to work overtime when required
