Job summary

CUCKOO International (MAL) BERHAD invites applications for a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods in Malaysia.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to safety standards while collaborating with the warehouse team and supervisor.

Qualifications

• SPM/Diploma or academic qualifications in any relevant field.
• Be able to read and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, having 1 year or above working experience in Administrative and Production/Warehouse field would be an added advantage
• Technical & Management Skills - Good time management skill, Computer Literacy; MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc, Communication skill; be able to communicate well with all levels of staffs
• Have a good attitude, attendance, responsible and discipline

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect and store incoming goods according to warehouse procedures.
• Perform picking, packing, and staging of customer orders for timely deliverty.
• Load and unload trucks safely using appropriate equipment where authorized.
• Conduct stock counting, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure all warehouse transactions are accurately recorded in the warehouse system.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards and ensure the warehouse is clean, organized and safe.
• Support other warehouse activities or operational tasks assigned by the warehouse supervisor or manager

Job description

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods. This role helps maintain inventory accuracy, ensures timely order fulfillment and supports overall warehouse efficiency while complying with company policies and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities
