Job summary

CLOUDENGINE DIGITAL SDN. BHD. is seeking a warehouse and IT asset coordinator to manage daily receiving, issuing, allocation, and movement of spare parts and IT components. You will maintain accurate records and support monthly stock counts across multiple warehouses.

You will monitor inventory levels, help maintain safety stock, and coordinate with procurement, operations and finance to resolve discrepancies and ensure efficient asset utilization.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/inventory roles with accuracy in data entry.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory workflows.
• Ability to coordinate across procurement, logistics, and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive, issue, allocate, return, transfer and move spare parts and IT assets.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular stock counts.
• Monitor inventory levels and trigger replenishment alerts and safety stock levels.
• Coordinate with warehouses to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely closures.
• Assist in data entry, verification and reconciliation of inventory and asset data.
• Support standardization of classification, storage, labeling and practices.
