Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are updated in the system
• Handle receiving, checking, and recording of incoming goods
• Control and record all parts issuance with proper documentation
• Conduct regular stock counts and resolve discrepancies
• Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness and efficiency
• Coordinate with workshop and sales team on parts availability and requirements
• Report completion time and work to branch manager
