Job summary

Luxury Prudence Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Admin to handle daily documentation, data entry, and stock movements.

You will receive and verify goods, prepare orders, and maintain records while coordinating with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and drivers to ensure timely deliveries. Fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years in warehouse, logistics, or admin are welcome. A Diploma or SPM is the minimum qualification, with proficiency in computerized systems and strong teamwork

Qualifications

SPM or Diploma in any relevant field.
Fresh graduate or 1–2 years in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or administration.
Familiar with warehouse operations and inventory management.
Basic knowledge of computerized systems and data entry.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Handle daily warehouse documentation and data entry.
Receive, verify, record, and process incoming and outgoing goods.
Prepare delivery orders, GRN, invoices, picking lists, and related documents.
Update inventory and stock movement records in the system.
Check stock availability and ensure accurate order fulfilment.
Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and drivers on deliveries and stock matters.
Ensure goods are properly labelled, prepared, and loaded accurately.
Assist with stock checking and inventory reconciliation.
Maintain proper filing of warehouse records and documents.
Support daily warehouse operations and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
