Job summary

CWHUB MALAYSIA VENTURES is seeking a responsible Warehouse Admin in Kajang to handle inventory, labeling, packing support, and stock reporting. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and basic computer skills for stock systems.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work independently or in a team, and comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel to maintain records and assist with warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Basic English and Mandarin required for Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Proficient with Google Sheets or Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Label and organize products.
• Assist the packing team when needed.
• Record and report abnormal returned parcels.
• Unbox and check newly arrived stock.
• Perform stock counting and stock management.
• Update and maintain stock records.
• Check product quantity and condition.
• Keep warehouse records accurate and organized.
• Assist with other warehouse operations when required.
