Job summary

Gentle Supreme Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking a Warehouse Checker/Receiving Checker with strong SAP and Excel skills. The role leads inbound, outbound, and returns, ensuring accurate documentation and SOP compliance, while supervising daily warehouse activities.

You will manage daily cycle counts, housekeeping, and equipment handling, with focus on health and safety, productivity, and reporting. Shift work may be required in a growing FMCG environment.

Qualifications

Education in logistics or related field; combination of formal education and work experience.
Minimum of 3 years experiences in FMCG (Foods and Home Care).
Minimum of 3 years experiences with material handling equipment (reach truck, forklift, power pallet truck).
Proficient in SAP and Excel; strong leadership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Lead in the execution of Warehouse Inbound, Warehouse Outbound and Trade Return Operations in compliance to SOP.
Ensure accuracy between physical and documentation for Warehouse Inbound, Warehouse Outbound and Trade Return Operations.
Managing the operational issues and provide solutions.
Supervising warehouse employees on daily activities.
Operating Material Handling Equipment; Reach Truck, Forklift, and Power Pallet Truck when required.
Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse performance and productivity.
Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any required documentations.
Coordinating and maintaining Daily Housekeeping.
Coordinating and maintaining Material Handling Equipment.
Ensuring the maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Executing on Daily Cycle Count and/ or Stock Take Process.

Job description

Excellent with SAP
Excellent with Excel.
Excellent leadership, organizational skills, and good team player.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral, and interpersonal skills.
