Job summary

Hirehub Group in Banting, Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to maintain accurate inventory records, manage inbound and outbound movements, and handle warehouse documentation.

You will coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials and equipment, ensure labeling and storage, process orders, and liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse administration or related field.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS) or inventory tracking systems.
• Proficient in Mandarin for speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, inbound and outbound movements.
• Handle warehouse documentation such as delivery orders, packing lists, and invoices.
• Conduct regular stock checks and support inventory reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials and equipment.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and overall warehouse organization.
• Process orders, prepare shipments, and manage returns in a timely manner.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, logistics providers, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and company policies.

Location: Banting, Selangor (will station in Kapar, Selangor first)

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9:00AM - 6:00PM), Sat (9:00AM - 1:00PM)

Salary Range: RM3,500 - RM6,000
