G Concept Sdn Bhd is seeking a friendly, customer‑oriented F&B service team member to join our golf driving range operations. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

The role requires good communication, teamwork, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage, and training will be provided.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers, present menus, explain menu items, and take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly to customers at dining area, golf bays, and other designated service areas.
• Ensure customers receive attentive and courteous service throughout their visit.
• Clear tables, maintain cleanliness, and ensure dining and service areas are neat.
• Assist with table setup, food preparation support, replenishment, and closing duties as required.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared and served efficiently.
• Respond to customer requests and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Assist customers with basic enquiries regarding the driving range and available F&B services.
• Support F&B operations during golf tournaments, corporate events, private functions, and other activities.
• Follow food hygiene, safety, and service standards.

Responsible for providing friendly and efficient food and beverage service to members and guests at the golf driving range. The role includes taking orders, serving food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with general customer service to ensure a pleasant dining and golfing experience.

Key responsibilities
