Job summary

G Concept Sdn Bhd is seeking a friendly Receptionist/Cashier to welcome guests at the golf driving range, handle enquiries, process payments, and support daily operations. The role requires professionalism, accurate cash handling, and strong communication.

You will greet members and walk-ins, assist with registrations and bookings, operate the POS system, and coordinate with F&B and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in reception, cashiering, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and numerical skills.
• Honest, responsible, attentive to detail, and customer-oriented.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet members, guests, and walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle customer enquiries regarding driving range facilities, bay bookings, pricing, operating hours, and F&B services.
• Assist customers with registration, bookings, golf ball purchases, bay allocations, and other related services.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Operate the cashier or point-of-sale (POS) system and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Assist with membership verification, customer registration, and basic administrative duties where required.
• Coordinate with the F&B and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and refer complex issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception and cashier counter.
• Assist with daily cash reconciliation and reporting in accordance with company procedures.
