Job Summary

As a Waiter at Yue, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering attentive and courteous service to guests while showcasing the elegance and traditions of Chinese hospitality. You will ensure a seamless dining experience from the moment guests arrive until they leave.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner
• Present menus, explain dishes (especially traditional Chinese cuisine), and make recommendations
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar
• Serve food and drinks promptly and with attention to detail
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues courteously
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times

Requirements
