Job summary

Citi is seeking an Officer, Transfer Agency Senior Analyst in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role focuses on analytical and administrative support for derivatives and securities transactions, maintaining positions, and ensuring accurate trade processing within a hybrid work model.

The successful candidate will bring at least 3 years of related experience, a relevant degree, and strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills to help manage risk and drive process improvements

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and administrative support to Front Office Sales and Trading with derivatives and securities transactions.
• Maintain position records with the traditional trading desk assistant and/or trade processing functions.
• Support trade capture management, front-to-back reconciliation, risk identification and forecasts.
• Resolve complex problems using data analysis and present recommendations to leadership.
• Design and analyze reports to satisfy management requirements and controls.
• Interpret data to support the launch of new products or upgraded platforms.
• Minimize risk and ensure adherence to audit and control policies.
• Manage, escalate and resolve requests and identify policy gaps to streamline processes.
• Provide informal guidance and on-the-job-training to new team members.
• Assess risk in business decisions and uphold Citi's reputation and compliance.
