Citi is seeking a strategic Project Manager and Business Analyst to join the Investor Services Operations Change team in Kuala Lumpur. The role leads client initiatives within Fund Accounting, Middle Office and Transfer Agency, shaping delivery across operations and technology.

You will partner with senior stakeholders and external clients, drive complex projects, perform detailed analysis, and ensure governance and risk controls are embedded in every program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM/BA experience in financial services or related operations.
• Proven ability to influence external clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with asset management or investor services is essential.
• PM/BA methodologies knowledge; PMP or similar is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coordinate, and implement complex projects and programs across Operations.
• Provide sophisticated analysis to define problems and influence decisions.
• Formulate detailed project plans with cost and impact analysis.
• Build and lead project teams; act as SME to guide stakeholders.
• Partner with clients and internal teams; communicate clearly.
• Identify and manage project risks; ensure compliance with laws and Citi standards.
• Propose innovative solutions and process improvements.
• Create and maintain all project documentation and governance artifacts.
