Job summary

PA International Property Consultants is seeking a Vacant Possession Executive (Property Management) to coordinate handovers and ensure smooth VP processes for purchasers. You will prepare VP documentation, arrange key collections, and liaise with buyers on forms and procedures.

The role also involves coordinating defect inspections within the DLP, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal teams and contractors to deliver a professional VP handover experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist coordinating the VP handover schedule in line with project timelines.
• Prepare VP kit, gift and its documentation (e.g., key collection forms, operation forms, keys and etc).
• Coordinate appointments for key collection, defect inspection.
• Brief purchasers on property features, common area, by-law, necessary forms and defect lodging procedures.
• Conduct VP common facility tour with the purchaser around the property according to the flow determined.
• Carry out unit inspection with the owner during the VP and defect processes.
• Manage customer queries, complaints and feedback during handover.
• Maintain accurate records of VP appointments, key collection, VP gift and defect reports.
• Support audit and compliance checks as required.
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by manager or directors from time to time.
