SMBC Group in Malaysia is seeking a data-driven Learning & Development professional to coordinate APAC capability programmes, design data literacy curricula, and develop engaging e-learning content, playbooks, toolkits, and learning resources.

You will partner with HR, Learning & Development, and business stakeholders to deliver onboarding, workshops, communities of practice, communications, and knowledge-sharing activities; maintain learning platforms and SharePoint sites; track programme

Qualificações

• Experience in Learning & Development or related fields.
• Experience designing enterprise learning programmes and digital content.
• Experience supporting Data Literacy initiatives is advantageous.
• Experience managing learning platforms or knowledge repositories is advantageous.
• Experience in financial services or large organizations is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate capability development programmes across APAC.
• Design and deliver data literacy curricula and e-learning modules.
• Develop employee communications and learning publications.
• Organize learning events, workshops, communities of practice.
• Maintain learning platforms and knowledge management resources.
• Track programme effectiveness and adoption metrics.
• Support stakeholders in building future-ready workforce capabilities.
