You will coordinate data literacy initiatives, develop engaging content, manage learning events, and track adoption metrics to demonstrate business impact.

This role requires collaboration with HR, L&D, and stakeholders to drive a data-informed culture and enterprise-wide capability growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development and capability building.
• Experience designing enterprise learning programmes and digital content.
• Experience supporting Data Literacy or data initiatives is a plus.
• Experience managing learning platforms and knowledge repositories is advantageous.
• Experience in financial services or large organisations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate capability development programmes across APAC.
• Design and deliver data literacy curricula, e-learning modules, and learning resources.
• Develop and coordinate employee communications and learning adoption activities.
• Organise learning events, workshops, and communities of practice.
• Maintain knowledge-sharing platforms and learning ecosystems.
• Track programme effectiveness, business impact, and adoption metrics.
• Support stakeholders in developing future-ready workforce capabilities.
