Job summary

Concentric Media Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a hunter who will bring in new SMB, enterprise, IT system integrator and BPO customers across Malaysia for NUAVOX cloud communications solutions.

You own the deal from first call to signed contract, coordinating with technical teams and delivering tailored quotes. The role requires 3+ years in VoIP/SIP sales, an existing Malaysian ICT network, and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years selling VoIP, SIP Trunk, Contact Centre Solutions, Cloud PBX or IP-PBX.
• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• An existing network of contacts and accounts in the Malaysian ICT or telecommunications market.
• Fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English, spoken and written.
• Own transport and a valid driving licence for regular travel to customer sites.
• Technical knowledge to hold conversations about SIP trunks, DID numbers, extensions versus channels, codecs, bandwidth, QoS, Cloud PBX vs on-premise IP-PBX, IVR, ACD, queueing, call recording and dialler modes.
• Comfort with cold outreach, rejection, and deals that take months to land.
• Preferred: Experience selling subscriptions rather than one-off hardware.
• Preferred: Hands‑on exposure to CISCO, Genesys, 3CX, Asterisk, FreePBX, Yeastar, or related contact centre/dialler platforms.

Responsibilities

• Find customers and open new accounts across SMB, enterprise, IT system integrators and BPO or contact centre operators
• Build your own pipeline through cold calls, site visits, referrals, industry events and existing contacts
• Qualify prospects: budget, decision makers, contract expiry, current PBX or trunk, user and channel requirements
• Take business off incumbent providers by making the commercial case for cloud and SIP
• Turn customer requirements into NUAVOX configurations and prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions
• Coordinate with technical team for demonstrations, proofs of concept and trials
• Negotiate price, contract term, minimum monthly commitment and SLAs within limits, then close
• Recruit IT system integrators, MSPs and resellers to carry NUAVOX services to customers
• Maintain CRM with prospect activity and provide weekly pipeline updates
• Hand over to provisioning and support after deal closes and stay on account for renewals
• Provide market feedback on competitor quotes, objections and gaps
