Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Unified Communications / VoIP Engineer to lead our UC infrastructure.

You will manage VoIP and UC systems, administer Microsoft Teams and Cisco Telephony, configure AudioCodes SBC and related tools, and support Teams Rooms and physical phones.

Strong troubleshooting across LAN, Wi‑Fi and Zscaler ZPA, plus automation and project management, are essential. The role requires 5+ years in the field and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in VoIP / Unified Communications.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Teams, NICE CXone, Cisco Telephony, SIP & H.323.
• Experience with AudioCodes SBC, ARM, OVOC, CoreView, MOYOBI & Tendfor.
• Experience managing Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) & Teams Physical Phones.
• Strong knowledge of UC, Contact Center & Video Conferencing.
