Job summary

Beyondsoft seeks a premier Microsoft Teams Voice and Viva specialist to design, deploy, and optimize cloud and hybrid voice solutions within enterprise tenants. The role emphasizes SBC management, call routing, and policy configuration across Teams Voice and Viva workloads.

The candidate will implement Auto Attendants, Call Queues, and advanced reporting, while ensuring security, governance, and reliable voice delivery in complex environments. Strong collaboration with partners is required.

Qualifications

Deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft Teams Phone covering calling plans, operator connect and direct routing.
Experience migrating from Skype for Business to Teams Phone, with cloud and hybrid voice architectures.
Voice resiliency design including failover routing, SBC redundancy, and number normalization strategies.
Configuration and management of SBCs (AudioCodes, Ribbon, Oracle) and TLS/SRTP.
Advanced configuration of Auto Attendants and Call Queues, including business-hours routing and shared voicemail.
Security, governance & automation: RBAC, PowerShell for Teams voice operations, and Graph API familiarity.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy and troubleshoot Teams Voice and Viva workloads in production enterprise tenants.
Manage call routing, dial plans, normalization rules, and tenant dial plan strategy.
Configure Auto Attendants (AAs) and Call Queues (CQs) and handle licensing strategy.
Implement and test voice security, policy settings and E911 configurations.
Perform voice quality analysis using Call Analytics and CQD; ensure compliance with data governance.
Collaborate with Microsoft Partner teams for customer-facing implementations.
