Job summary

Trip.com Group is seeking a professional to handle VIP and general travel booking inquiries via email and phone, supporting high-value clients and travel managers. You will propose optimal travel plans balancing cost, time, and convenience, and manage bookings, changes, and cancellations across air, hotel, rental car, and more.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, experience with Amadeus or other GDS, strong English communication, and prior VIP/call center exposure; travel industry experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant course.
• Experience in operating GDS - Amadeus is preferred.
• Business proficiency (oral and written) in English.
• Experience in the tourism industry is a plus.
• Must have VIP serving experiences (Call Centre).

Responsibilities

• Handle clients' travel booking inquiries via email and phone.
• Handle the VIP's inquiry with a good service attitude.
• Maintain sound relations with clients' travel managers and travelers.
• Propose optimum travel plans and suggestions to clients (balancing the cost, time, and convenience).
• Handle booking/change/cancellation in air ticket, hotel, rental, car, railway, etc.
