Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking an Afterhours Travel Consultant to join our expanding Afterhours Operations Team. You will provide afterhours phone and email support, handling travel bookings and resolving emergencies for corporate clients, delivering exceptional service.

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years in travel consulting or airline reservations, with strong English, and a willingness to work a 24x7 rotating shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in travel consulting or airline reservations.
• Experience in afterhours support is highly desired but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written English language.
• Ability to handle irate customers and resolve issues creatively.

Responsabilités

• Provide afterhours phone and email sales and booking service.
