As a Travel Advisor, you'll treat every customer like the most important person in the room anticipating their needs, curating personalized journeys, and turning every interaction into something memorable while contributing to the company's revenue growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

Build Meaningful Customer Relationships

• Connect proactively with new and existing customers, introducing travel experiences and products across HTT's portfolio that match their lifestyle, interests, and aspirations.
• Build long-term customer relationships by understanding their travel preferences and anticipating future needs.
• Deliver personalized recommendations and thoughtful travel solutions that create lasting impressions.

Curate Exceptional Luxury Travel Experiences

• Design creative and tailored travel experiences, including luxury hotels, flights, tours, and exclusive experiences.
• Provide detailed quotations, options, and recommendations aligned with customers' expectations and preferences.
• Create seamless, stress-free experiences from enquiry to booking confirmation.

Manage End-to-End Travel Arrangements

• Coordinate travel bookings including accommodations, flights, transportation, and other travel-related services.
• Ensure all arrangements are completed accurately and within the required SLA timelines to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer billing and payment processes professionally and efficiently.
• Respond to customer enquiries with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
• Manage complaints and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a high standard of service excellence.
• Follow SOPs and elevate matters appropriately when required.

Drive Sales & Business Growth

• Work closely with Team Leads to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities to upsell travel products, services, and experiences.
• Contribute actively to customer retention, repeat business, and brand loyalty.

Create WOW Moments

• Consistently exceed customer expectations and deliver memorable experiences that lead to positive reviews and strong Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
• Surprise and delight customers through thoughtful service, attention to detail, and personalized engagement.

Be Part of Exciting Travel Events

• Participate in travel fairs, exclusive travel talks, customer events, and company activities such as MATTA Fair, MAS Travel Fair, and more.

Maintain Professionalism & Confidentiality

• Safeguard customer information and company confidential data with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
• Support additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the company when required.

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree in Tourism & Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience in sales and/or customer-facing roles from any industry.
• Experience handling luxury, premium, or high-net-worth customers is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Ability to think quickly, solve problems, and adapt in fast-paced environments.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital systems and tools.
• Willing to work on shift schedules.
