As an Afterhours Travel Consultant you will be available during afterhours on the phone and email, providing online sales and booking services. You will deliver a remarkable travel experience to our corporate clients during emergency times, ensuring their needs are prioritized and addressed at every step.

Qualifications

• Solid background in travel consulting or airline reservation with at least 2 years of customer service experience
• Fresh graduates must have an education background in travel & tourism
• Previous afterhours experience highly desired but not required
• Ability to contribute to a motivated and supportive team environment
• Confidence in emergency ticking support
• Experience with any GDS considered an advantage
• Solutions‑focused mindset with demonstrated ability to resolve problems creatively
• Ability to handle irate customersExcellent verbal and written English language skills
