Hapag-Lloyd is seeking a Coordinator Customer Service (Vietnamese speaking) based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role involves handling customer calls and queries, processing requests, and coordinating with dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations within the shipping network.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree or diploma with 2+ years in customer service, preferably in maritime, and strong Vietnamese-English communication skills.

Qualifications

• University degree or Diploma with 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in Shipping/Maritime.
• Must have good communication skills in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer phone calls and case correspondence.
• Act as entry point for Customer Service related queries.
• Process customer requests and update FIS with relevant details.
• Assist with announcements to the transport dispatch team and trigger container releases as needed.
• Handle re-export/return shipments and verify transport exceptions.
• Suggest actions to improve import efficiency and build topic expertise in Customer Service.
