Job summary

CMA CGM Group in Port Klang seeks an Executive, Cargo Operations to monitor vessel calls, ensure prompt dispatch, and handle husbandry matters under the guidance of seniors.

You will oversee vessel operations, coordinate berthing, track schedules, respond to emails and maintain reports, and support PCP notices and cargo management. English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is required, with willingness to work outside normal hours.

Qualifications

• Preferably with working experience in shipping industry.
• Ability to communicate independently with Agencies, Terminals & Partners.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vessel operations and respond promptly to operational emails and inquiries.
• Maintain vessel port calls, ETA, and schedule information; update daily reports.
• Coordinate berthing, berth arrangements, and monitor vessel schedules with terminals and service providers.
• Prepare PCP notices and support special arrangements (bunkering, UWI, hot work).
• Ensure timely vessel departure reporting and effective cargo management.
