Job summary

Asia Africa Global Alliance Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking a Vessel Operations Executive to manage liquid bulk vessel operations for Johor Bahru. The role is based in Pasir Gudang with travel to port sites as required.

You will liaise with shipping and port agents, coordinate scheduling and tank-terminal inspections, and ensure vessel documentation compliance, including Q88 and port clearances. 5–8 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years experience in shipping agency, marine operations or liquid bulk terminal operations.
• Experience with known agencies is an advantage.
• Familiar with port documents and vessel operations in Johor and Singapore ports.
• Able to work independently and travel to port sites.

About you

5 to 8 years experience in shipping agency, marine operations or liquid bulk terminal operations

Experience with GAC, Inchcape, Wilhelmsen or similar agency is an advantage

Familiar with port documents and vessel operations in Johor and Singapore ports

Able to work independently and travel to port sites

Based in Johor Bahru or willing to relocate to Johor Bahru
