About the Role
We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated professionals to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur.
As a Service Delivery Assistant role, you will support US-based insurance clients by handling end-to-end operational tasks, ensuring high accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction in an international environment.***This is a permanent, full-time position. Non-voice role, No night shift.
Please note that, based on current business requirements, the tentative onboarding date for this role is expected to be in September or October 2026.
Key Responsibilities
Process insurance-related transactions and policy updates accurately in English-based systems.
Review, verify, extract, maintain, and update insurance information according to client requirements.
Follow detailed workflows and client-specific instructions while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Conduct quality checks and identify discrepancies to maintain high levels of accuracy.
Manage assigned tasks within required turnaround times and productivity expectations.
Communicate professionally with US-based clients through written English correspondence.
Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency.
Handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Good command of written and reading English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Prior experience in insurance, BPO, shared services, operations, administration, or customer support will be an advantage, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Basic Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 3,900 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
