Job summary

Technology Bucket in Malaysia is seeking a Corporate Solutions Operations professional for a permanent, hybrid role based in Klang Valley. You will manage document workflows, coordinate with claims teams, and ensure accurate data handling across systems.

This role requires fluent English, Mandarin for Mandarin-speaking customers, and strong attention to detail, time management, and quality control to maintain service standards and timely processing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create folders for claim cases by matching Member Identification Number, compressing files, and importing them into the system for task assignment
• Review and manage priority cases from the daily case report, and notify team so they are aware and can give these cases extra attention during processing
• Combine pending transaction reports from systems and group them by the number of aging days for review
• Review and separate cases by the nature of the claims
• Review and sort incoming emails, determine the required follow-up actions, verify member details when needed, update status and remarks in trackers, record key information, and ensure urgent or high-priority emails are handled promptly
• Housekeeping of Standard Operating Procedures and Training Materials including formatting and structure
