Job summary

OCBC Malaysia seeks a Processor to handle Unit Trust transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing for customers. The role involves assisting in testing and verification of projects, and maintaining strict adherence to bank policies and controls.

You will work with business partners to meet client requirements, perform reconciliations, and document transactions and reports. Fresh graduates may apply, with strong Excel/Word skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree required; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Unit Trust knowledge is preferable.
• Strong Excel and Word skills required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to and ensure customer instructions are processed promptly.
• Obtain proper instructions prior to processing.
• Work closely with business partners to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure timely account reconciliation.
• Document and archive customer instructions and reports.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Address customer feedback promptly.
• Support UAT and verification with project teams.
