Job summary

OCBC e2 Power Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Treasury Operations professional to handle daily processing and verify external deals executed by dealers across various markets. You will ensure trades are valid and economic details are correct, covering FX, money market, securities, and derivatives.

You will participate in testing, process improvements, and compliance to mitigate risk, while supporting new product launches from an operations perspective.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years relevant experience.
• Preferably knowledge dealing with Treasury products.
• Self-motivated and able to work as a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work fast, under pressure & manage complicated situations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily processing and verify external deals executed by dealers/traders across Global Markets systems.
• Identify areas to improve processes and straight through processing (STP) opportunities for consistency in quality.
• Liaise with dealers/traders and internal/external customers on daily operation issues.
• Participate in user acceptance testing, system implementation and process improvement.
• Support business units and draw up new processes for new products from an operational perspective.
• Promote cross-border learning and exchange between MY team and SG to align Treasury Operations objectives.
