Job summary

Cakna Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a proactive Travel Sales Consultant to promote and sell Umrah and Badal Haji packages. You will engage customers via WhatsApp, calls, walk-ins and social media, guiding them through pricing, itineraries and terms to close sales.

Role requires ability to handle inquiries, record lead data, and meet monthly targets. Collaboration with Marketing & Operations will boost campaigns and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking with customers through face-to-face, phone and WhatsApp.
• Willing to work with sales targets and KPI.
• Willing to learn about Umrah, Badal Haji and company packages.
• Able to achieve monthly sales and closing targets.
• Proactive in finding and following up potential customers.
• Able to handle rejection, objections and challenging customers professionally.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Umrah & Badal Haji packages to prospective customers.
• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, calls, walk-ins and social media.
• Follow up leads consistently and convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
• Explain package details, pricing, itineraries, facilities and terms to customers.
• Conduct sales closing and achieve monthly sales/KPI targets.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent service before and after sales.
• Record and update customer/lead information systematically.
• Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Operations team to support sales activities and campaigns.
• Participate in company sales activities, events, roadshows, training and promotional programmes.
