Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks a sales-focused professional to promote ultrasound products and consumables, drive targets, and manage leads via SPARKS. The role emphasizes relationship building with customers and cross-functional collaboration for product launches and trainings.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Nursing, Sonography, Biomedical Science, or Science, with a preference for ultrasound experience and willingness to engage in events and KOL coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma required in nursing, sonography, biomedical science, or science.
• Candidates with no relevant experience but aiming to start a sales career in healthcare will be considered.
• Preferably at least 1 year of ultrasound experience.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell ultrasound and consumables.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities and closing deals.
• Manage the sales process by tracking leads, opportunities, and dealings through SPARKS system.
• Track and update product sales achievement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding the customer base in the region.
• Foster customer interactions.
• Ensure smooth handling of customer orders, payment management, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product presentations and provide training related to agency products and evaluation trials/surveys for new product developments.
• Monitor and manage the use of demo units.
• Stay updated on market trends and products/categories.
• Collaborate with KOLs and principals in operational matters and manage KOLs database.
• Coordinate and participate in industry events to promote products and engage customers.
• Collaborate with other teams to develop strategies for new product launches.
