Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks a sales-oriented professional to promote ultrasound products and consumables. You will manage leads, close deals, and maintain strong customer relationships while expanding the regional base.

You will present products, provide training on agency products, track performance in the SPARKS system, and collaborate on new launches amid a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma, preferably in Nursing / Sonographer / Biomedical Science/ Science.
• Candidate without working experience in above qualifications may apply to build a sales career.
• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in Ultrasound.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell ultrasound and consumables.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying sales opportunities and closing deals.
• Manage the sales process by tracking leads, opportunities, and dealings through SPARKS system.
• Track and update product sales achievement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding the customer base in the designated region.
• Foster customer interactions
• Ensure smooth handling of customer orders, payment management, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product presentations and provide training related to agency products and trials.
• Monitor and manage demo units usage.
• Stay updated on market trends and products or product categories.
• Collaborate with KOLs including principals in operational matters and manage KOLs database.
• Coordinate and participate in industry events to promote products and engage customers.
• Collaborate with other teams to develop strategies for new product launches.
