Responsibilities

• Remain updated on client policies and AI trends in content moderation.
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the Trust and Safety team.
• Develop and execute prompt strategies to interrogate large language models on responsible AI topics.
• Analyze model responses for appropriateness and add disclaimers as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to deepen understanding of responsible AI issues.
• Contribute to developing best practices and guidelines for content moderation and governance.
