Responsibilities

• Prepare trust deeds and related documents based on templates for review by senior management.
• Review agreements and maintain proper execution, filing, and safekeeping of legal documents.
• Carry out customer due diligence (CDD) checks, screening, and ongoing monitoring under AML/CFT programme.
• Assist with regulatory reporting and submissions, including CRS reporting under supervision.
• Help keep internal policies, manuals, and SOPs up to date as laws change.
